Regulations of the 17th edition of the nationwide Fiat 126 rally – “Kaszlaki 126”

§1

These Regulations are issued by the ordinary Association – “Kaszlaki 126” headquartered in Opole, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” and applies to the event under the name “17 National Fiat Rally 126”, hereinafter referred to as the “Event”, which will take place at the Opole Aeroclub in Polska Nowa Wieś in the voivodeship Opole. The date of beginning of the Event was set for August 14, 2020, at 10:00, the end day of the Event is set for August 16, 2020 at 16.00.
§2

1.These Regulations are issued by the ordinary Association – “Kaszlaki 126” headquartered in Opole, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” and applies to the event under the name “17 National Fiat Rally 126”, hereinafter referred to as the “Event”, which will take place at the Opole Aeroclub in Polska Nowa Wieś in the voivodeship Opole. The date of beginning of the Event was set for August 14, 2020, at 10:00, the end day of the Event is set for August 16, 2020 at 16.00. §2 1. The Organizer provides these regulations (hereinafter “the Regulations”) specifying in particular the rights and obligations of the Organizer, including its subordinate services in connection with the conduct of the Event, as well as the rights and obligations of the Participants in connection with participation in the Event. Persons participating in the Event are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Participants”, and each separately “Participant”.
2. The Regulations absolutely apply to all Participants. Persons who have decided to purchase tickets for events organized by the Organizer, thereby accept the provisions of the regulations and undertake to comply with them.

§3

Admission and being on the premises and during the Event are payable on the basis of valid tickets and entry cards or on the basis of a individual agreement with the Organizer (regarding sponsors, media, gastronomy, security, medical services, artists and program creators, etc.). All Event Participants are required to have a ticket / wristband / ID for the entire duration of the Event, under pain of removal from the Event.

§4

The entry card entitles the Participant to enter the Event area with his own vehicle – Fiat 126p along with a fixed number of passengers and a caravan, as well as participation in the competition and entertainment part and the integration part of the Event, residing on the premises of the Event all days and nights from the beginning to the end and and set up the tent in the place designated by the Organizer. By purchasing a ticket / entry card you accept the regulations.

§5

The organizer, through its representatives, has the right to refuse entry or remove from the event area people under the influence of drugs, behaving aggressively, posing a threat to the safety of other Event Participants, violating the provisions of the Regulations or otherwise disrupting the course of the Event.

§6

It is prohibited to bring to the Event area:
– dangerous goods and weapons,
– explosives and pyrotechnic articles,
– fire hazardous materials,
– narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances,
– other, which may be dangerous to people.

§7

Participants entering the Event area with their own vehicle are obliged to pay special attention to pedestrian traffic within the Event area and to park in places designated by the Organizer.

§8

Participants staying on the premises of the Event on the basis of an admission ticket and all Participants of the Event moving on its premises on foot are obliged to pay extreme attention to the car traffic during the Event due to its nature.

§9

Juvenile participants have the right to stay on the premises of the Event only under the care of parents / guardians. Parents / guardians are responsible for the safety of underage Participants of the Event.

§10

Event Participants and all persons staying on its premises are obliged to act in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other persons present at the Event, in particular to comply with the Event Regulations and to follow the instructions provided by the Organizer. Pedestrians and drivers participate in the Event at their own risk and they are personally responsible for damages caused to the Organizer or other Event Participants.

§11

The organizer is not responsible for items left at the Event.

§12

The organizer reserves the right to change the course of the Event. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. If it is necessary to cancel the event, the Organizer will not be obliged to pay any compensation or financial compensation over the return of the admission ticket held by the participant.

§13

It is strictly forbidden to:
– destruction and devastation of markings, advertising media, devices and equipment located on the premises of the Event,
– violation of the private property of owners of motor vehicles located in the area of the Event, in particular damage, and other activities without the consent of the vehicle owner,
– dealing with physiological needs outside designated areas,
– parking vehicles on escape routes and access roads or as a way of blocking them,
– violation of physical integrity of other Event Participants and devastation of property,
– driving under the influence of alcohol.

§14

The Organizer, its representatives and persons who have obtained the Organiser’s accreditation have the right to record the course of the Event in whole or in part using audiovisual and electrical means for the purposes of documentation and promotion or advertising of the Organizer and its sponsors. Due to the above, the image of people and vehicles staying at the Event may be recorded and then disseminated for documentation, reporting, advertising marketing and promotional purposes.

§15

The organizer ensures the safety of those present at the Event and order by:
– Organizer’s representatives distinguished by relevant identifiers / badges,
– security services,
– providing medical assistance.

§16

All information on the distribution of Event sectors, medical points, exits, sanitary points and others are provided by the Organizer’s representatives.

§17

The administrator of your personal data is the Event Organizer. For the purpose of registering a participant and his vehicle, the following personal data will be processed:
– first name and last name,
– e-mail address,
– Phone number,
– registration number
After the Event, the data will be stored solely for archival purposes for no longer than the time at which any claims arising from the organization of the Event may arise.
For the purposes of documentation, promotion and advertising, the image of you and your vehicle may be recorded. At any time you have the right to amend your personal data and to withdraw consent to their processing by contacting the Organizer via e-mail. Lack of consent to the processing of personal data results in the inability to register the Participant and is equivalent to voluntary resignation from participation in the Evente.

§18

The use of drones and other similar flying devices is prohibited. Only persons authorized by the Organizer will have the right to do so.

§19

Dogs and other animals are not allowed to enter the Event.

§20

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
